Les Snead enters his 14th season as general manager of the Los Angeles Rams. He’s the winningest general manager in franchise history, with a combined 119 wins across the regular season and playoffs in the National Football League. The Alabama native took over a 2-14 roster in 2012 and turned it into a perennial contender. In 2025, the Rams finished 12-5, reaching the NFC Championship before falling to the eventual Super Bowl-bound Seattle Seahawks. In February, the Rams signed Snead and head coach Sean McVay to multiyear contract extensions, marking their 10th season together and cementing one of the league’s most successful general manager-coach partnerships.
