Shep Wainwright is a managing partner at East End Capital and runs its West Coast arm, Glendale-based East End Studios. The company this year cut the ribbon at its new Mission Campus soundstage – 245,000 square feet, to the tune of $230 million – in Boyle Heights and continues to manage a 97,000-square-foot studio campus in Glendale. Other in-production soundstages include an Arts District location that will add 16 soundstages in a $1 billion development.
