Donna Langley began her career at New Line Cinema in Burbank, where she served as a production executive. The veteran has advanced through the ranks of executive leadership, from senior vice president of production to chair of Universal Filmed Entertainment Group. In 2024, she became chair of NBCUniversal Entertainment and Studios, leading the company’s unified content strategy and overseeing all entertainment programming and marketing across Peacock, Bravo and NBC. The 2026 BAFTA fellow was also recognized by Fortune’s “100 Most Powerful Women in Business” and Time’s “100 Most Influential People” in 2024.
