Guanci has more than 35 years of professional experience in the sports and entertainment industry, with a focus on business development, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning and management. Sylmar Studios, a production facility has six soundstages and a 600-space parking structure on site. Guanci has acted as a consultant for the Walt Disney Co., NBC Universal Studios, Spectacor Management Group, Comcast, Universal Music Group, Interscope Records, the Sacramento Kings, the Los Angeles Clippers, the Anaheim Ducks, the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim and the Las Vegas Raiders. He is a member of the advisory board for the Peabody Essex Museum and serves as an advisor to the USS Constitution Museum.
