Haimoff is founder and executive managing director of Spectrum Commercial Real Estate, a Valencia-based commercial brokerage, property management, and investment advisory service firm which focuses in industrial, office, retail, land, multifamily and investment properties. Prior to launching Spectrum, he was at NAI Capital as branch manager of its LA North office located in Valencia. During his tenure there, he expanded the team from four to 18 brokers, turning the office into one of NAI Capital’s most productive and successful branches. Haimoff’s has been involved in significant transactions, which include high-profile medical leases, large scale office deals and major land and industrial sales in the Valley region.
