Dean, Nazarian College of Business and Economics, CSUN
Since 2018, Chandra Subramaniam has been dean of the David Nazarian College of Business and Economics at Cal State Northridge (CSUN). Under his leadership at CSUN, Subramaniam has introduced new programs, including graduate and undergraduate degrees in business analytics. He has also promoted experiential learning, resulting in most students earning multiple third-party industry certifications and micro-credentials. He also serves on the international board of governors for Beta Gamma Sigma, the international honor society for business students. Previously, he worked as an engineer for National Semiconductor in Malaysia, his home country, before choosing to pursue a career and life in the U.S.
