Larian is the founder and chief executive of MGA Entertainment, one of the largest and fastest-growing toy companies worldwide. MGA is the largest privately held toy and entertainment company in the U.S., known for Bratz, L.O.L. Surprise! and Rainbow High dolls. The company also owns the Little Tikes brand, which makes toys for younger children. Larian founded MGA Cares in 2020, a nonprofit focused on supporting children and families. The organization donated $5 million toward relief during the Covid-19 pandemic. He is active in several other charitable organizations, including Toys for Tots, the UCLA Foundation, and the LeBron James Family Foundation.
