Langley, who started her career as a senior vice president of production at New Line Cinema in Burbank, has been with Universal Pictures for roughly 24 years. During her tenure, she has progressed through the ranks of executive leadership, starting as president of production, then co-chair, and eventually chair of Universal Studios. She was later promoted to chair of the Universal Filmed Entertainment Group. Last year, she was elevated once again to chair of NBCUniversal Entertainment and Studios. In this role, Langley continues to leverage her long-standing relationships with content creators to develop a cross-portfolio creative strategy that encompasses programming, distribution, and marketing.
