Caswell has surpassed $2 billion in closed transactions and has represented landlords, developers, tenants and business owners in more than 75 million square feet of industrial, land and investment transactions. He recently completed the off-market acquisition of a 47,000-square-foot multitenant industrial project for $14.7 million. Caswell’s long-standing client base includes companies such as Rexford Industrial, Neutraderm, TA Realty, Watt Cos. and numerous family trusts. Caswell is active in several boards including the Providence-Cedars-Sinai Foundation Board of Governors and the Los Angeles Police Department’s SOLID nonprofit organization. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from CSUN.
