Tingus, a principal and past president of Lee & Associates–Los Angeles North/Ventura, has consistently ranked as one of the top-performing brokers in the region. The firm, based in Westlake Village, specializes in the sale of mom-and-pop industrial assets. Tingus took the business from one office in Sherman Oaks to three locations – adding offices in Westlake and Ventura County. He has led the sale or lease of properties valued at more than $5 billion. He was appointed to the Initial Planning Commission for the City of Calabasas in 1993, serving on the commission for five, two-year terms and was chair for a term.
