Forman oversees the daily business operations of the firm’s Sherman Oaks office while practicing law in civil litigation through arbitration, mediation, and trial. She represents a diverse array of clients in employment and labor law, premises liability, product liability, wrongful death and mass tort litigation. In addition, she counsels companies on administrative and regulatory compliance, including environmental risk assessment. Forman is a member of the Defense Research Institute and the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, which consists of insurers, attorneys and companies advocating for the highest standards of litigation management in support of client defense. Tharpe & Howell has more than 65 lawyers in five offices.
