Principal, Baker Tilly
Grey holds the title of principal at Baker Tilly’s Woodland Hills office. He is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the firm’s tax practice in the San Fernando Valley. Previously, he was the co-founder and managing partner of SRG, which merged with Squar Milner in 2019 and was then acquired by Baker Tilly the following year. Grey has experience as the controller of a real estate company, the CEO of a consumer products firm and the CFO of two publicly traded corporations – knowledge he brings to client meetings. Currently, he works with private equity, hedge fund, and venture capital-backed startups as well as publicly traded companies, specializing in the healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, and real estate sectors.
