Chief Executive, Front Porch Communities and Services
Kelly is the chief executive of Front Porch Communities and Services, a role he took on in 2023. The nonprofit is based in Glendale and operates senior living and affordable housing communities. Most of its properties are in California but it has some in other states as well. Front Porch has received strong financial ratings from two credit rating agencies: Fitch Ratings and Standard & Poor’s Global Ratings. In 2022, Front Porch merged with fellow California-based senior housing network Covia. Prior to joining Front Porch, Kelly was president and chief executive of The Kendal Corp., which also works in senior living. Before joining The Kendal Corp., he worked at Retirement Living Services.
