Hoffman Vanyek is the president and chief executive of the Greater San Fernando Valley Chamber of Commerce, roles she has held since 1993. She first joined the chamber in 1987 as its communications manager. In her current roles, Hoffman Vanyek helps businesses grow and builds partnerships. The Greater San Fernando Valley Chamber of Commerce is the largest chamber in the San Fernando Valley and 20th largest in L.A. County. The chamber has started programs including the Youth Council (now known as New Directions for Youth), the Van Nuys Auto Row Business Improvement District and Valley Economic Development Center.
