Dallara has served as the executive vice president and president of the global diabetes division at Medtronic since 2022, overseeing $2.5 billion in sales. Under her leadership, she has been instrumental in all aspects of the business, including restoring marketing and technology leadership while driving the next-generation technology roadmap. She has also returned the business to double-digit growth. Prior to Medtronic, she was the president and chief executive of Honeywell Connected Enterprise, the company’s software business. Dallara founded the software and services division of Honeywell International, a $36 billion Fortune 100 industrial technology leader in 2018. Since 2023, she has been a director at Lattice Semiconductor.
