President, Chief Executive, Dignity Health – Glendale Memorial Hospital & Health Center
Hart was named president and chief executive of Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center in August 2024, bringing over 15 years of senior leadership experience in healthcare. Before joining Glendale Memorial, she served as chief operating officer at Northridge Hospital Medical Center, where she played a key role in the hospital’s strategic planning, concentrating on growth in outpatient care. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Hart led operational responses and spearheaded various construction projects at Northridge Hospital, including the expansion of the emergency department and the development of a new urgent care center. Hart also served as the chief nursing officer at Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center in Burbank. She earned her MBA and master’s degree in nursing from Walden University in Minnesota, and she is currently a member of the Hospital Association of Southern California and the American College of Healthcare Executives.
