Founder, Chief Executive, Gaspar Insurance Services
Gaspar is the founder and chief executive of Gaspar Insurance Services, which employs over 60 team members and ranks as one of the largest independent insurance firms in the San Fernando Valley. Gaspar serves on the boards of the Woodland Hills Warner Center Chamber of Commerce, Discovery Cube Los Angeles, YMCA of Metro Los Angeles, CSUN’s Nazarian School of Business, the Valley Cultural Foundation and the West Valley YMCA. He is also the founder of the Timothy Gaspar Entrepreneurship Scholarship at CSUN. In December, he filed his candidacy for the 2026 Los Angeles City Council District 3 election.
