Mintz has worked with over 400 companies in the consumer-packaged goods and technology sectors, ranging from startups to established global brands like Facebook, Geico, PAW Patrol, and Zendesk. Her board of directors collaborates with organizations such as the Women Founders Network, Los Angeles Venture Association, Reuters and the Women Business Enterprise National Council. In 2022, she launched Fabric VC to connect diverse founders with the funding they need and deserve. Fabric VC places a special emphasis on equity and inclusion in the VC world. She is also the founder of Elevate My Brand, a full-service marketing agency.
