Like is the president of LBW Insurance and Financial Services in Valencia. LBW was a family-owned, independent agency until December, when it aligned with Foundation Risk Partners. LBW is now part of one of the fastest-growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the U.S. Like remains president of the LBW agency and became a shareholder in Foundation Risk Partners. Like is a member of the National Alliance for Insurance Education and the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of San Fernando Valley. She also serves on the board of directors for Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital and the Santa Clarita Valley Economic Development Corp.
