Mahdessian co-founded ServiceTitan, based in Glendale, with his partner Kuzoyan in 2012. The two celebrated raising approximately $625 million for the company’s initial public offering in December. This was one of the most notable IPOs for a venture-backed tech firm. Mahdessian has overseen its development from a startup to a company with over 1,600 employees and a valuation exceeding $9 billion. ServiceTitan develops software for home services contractors, integrating scheduling, dispatching, invoicing, sales, and more into a cloud-based platform. In recent years, the company launched Titan Intelligence, an artificial intelligence-powered technology that assists service providers in analyzing data.
