President, Chief Executive, Delphi Business Properties
Jeff Puffer has served as president and chief executive of Van Nuys-based Delphi Business Properties since 2018. The 16-agent firm brokered about $197 million in property transactions in 2024, primarily operating in the San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita Valley and Ventura County. Having joined Delphi in 2003, Puffer has personally brokered well over $500 million in property transactions in his time there. Puffer has previously served as president of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors Greater Los Angeles Chapter and remains on the chapter’s board of directors
