David Rich is the founder and managing partner of SVN–Rich Investment Real Estate Partners, a locally based brokerage that specializes in the sale, leasing and management of commercial real estate assets. The company has operated in the area since 1991 and has closed more than $10 billion in transactions to date. Rich has nearly 30 years of commercial real estate experience, overseeing adviser activity in Los Angeles and Ventura County. His experience includes a 2,500-unit apartment portfolio in Houston; a 500,000-square-foot regional shopping mall in Atlanta; and a 160,000-square-foot office building in Sherman Oaks.
