At her firm, Miller Haga Law Group, she handles transactions, real estate deals, intellectual property and licensing issues. Miller was previously vice president of business affairs for Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal CityWalk and she also spent time with The Walt Disney Co., Sega and MCA Recreation Services.
