Josh D’Amaro stepped into the role of chief executive of The Walt Disney Co. in March, succeeding Bob Iger. Prior to joining the C-suite, D’Amaro was the chairman of Disney Experiences, the company’s largest and fastest-growing segment, which generated $36 billion in annual revenue last fiscal year and encompasses 12 theme parks and 57 resort hotels worldwide.
