As co-chair of Disney Entertainment Studios, Alan Bergman leads the company’s world-renowned film studios and shares oversight of its direct-to-consumer business. That oversight includes technology, ad sales, platform distribution, and international content operations. Bergman has been a force at Disney since 2001, rising from chief financial officer to president in 2005 and to chairman in 2020. Under his watch, Disney has led the global box office in nine of the last 10 years and released 32 films that have surpassed $1 billion worldwide.
