Chief Executive, Los Robles Health System – Thousand Oaks
Phil Buttell has served as chief executive of Los Robles Health System in Thousand Oaks since 2024, overseeing the system’s three hospitals and four outpatient clinics. The system employs more than 1,800, including more than 600 medical personnel. Last year, Buttell joined the Hospital Association of Southern California’s board of directors and was appointed area chair of Ventura County. Los Robles is in the midst of expansion and in December opened a new $39 million waiting room for its emergency department.
