Chief Executive, Mission Community Hospital

James Theiring has been chief executive of Panorama City-based Mission Community Hospital since 2011. The 60-bed hospital is the oldest in the San Fernando Valley, having opened in 1923. A graduate of California State University, Northridge, he previously worked as a controller at Kindred Hospital in Los Angeles. He serves on the board of directors for the Hospital Association of Southern California as an area representative for the Los Angeles County – Northern and Valley region. Theiring also serves on the board of trustees for Saybrook University.
