President, Los Angeles Pierce College
Aracely Aguiar has served as the president of Los Angeles Pierce College in Woodland Hills for two years, following more than two years of holding the interim title. She holds unique experience as having been a student at other colleges in the Los Angeles Community College District – L.A. Valley College, West L.A. College and L.A. City College. In November, the school launched a new biomedical research program in collaboration with National AI Campus. Construction is underway on the Academic East, Academic West and Industrial Technology buildings, while the Child Development Academic Building and Agricultural Education Center were completed last year. The Academic East Building is slated to be finished this year.
