Founder, President, illi Commercial Real Estate
Nathanson is the founder and president of illi Commercial Real Estate, a Sherman Oaks-based commercial brokerage, property management and investment advisory service firm. Launched in 2007, illi Commercial specializes in multitenant, triple net leased commercial real estate. Over the span of his career, Nathanson has been a part of almost 4,800 lease and sales transactions. Prior to startng illi Commercial, Nathanson served as the director of the San Fernando Valley Division of Centers Business Management, the leasing and brokerage arm of La Mancha Development. He has been a member of Big Brothers Big Sisters for nearly four decades.
