Having been with the organization for nearly 24 years, Higgins’ work to usher the Rams’ return to Los Angeles began as soon as the move was announced. Working out of the team’s in-progress headquarters in Woodland Hills, she has helped facilitate many of the team’s community outreach programs, including the Watts Rams youth football program. With a deliberate focus on making the Rams “a sense of pride for Woodland Hills and the greater San Fernando Valley,” Higgins said she aims to emulate the organization’s work in building up Inglewood as the team’s headquarters take shape in the Warner Center.
