President and Chief Executive, High Point Strategies

King heads High Point Strategies, a public affairs firm specializing in strategic and crisis communications and governmental advocacy. He has long been active in the efforts to bring more transit to the Valley, among other quality-of-life issues. King serves as a past chair of the Valley Industry and Commerce Association, is on its executive committee and chairs its Transportation Committee. King is a member and past president of the state board that oversees professional engineers, land surveyors and geologists and holds leadership positions with the California Democratic Party and the Sierra Club.
