Simulations Plus Receives Order From U.S. Army

A U.S. Army center for chemical and biological defense has licensed three software packages from Lancaster company Simulations Plus Inc. as part of its research projects. The study director for the Operational Toxicology Department of the U.S. Army Edgewood Chemical Biological Center learned about Simulations Plus and its simulation and modeling software after attending a workshop in March, said John DiBella, vice president for marketing and sales. “We’ve been working to penetrate the environmental toxicology field for several years, and this is one of the most satisfying results of our efforts,” DiBella said in a prepared statement. The Edgewood operational toxicology department will use GastroPlus, ADMET Predictor, and MedChem Studio for use in its research. Mark R. Madler
