Pearson, a senior director of Cushman & Wakefield, has represented tenants’ real estate needs for almost 30 years. He has extensive experience in both office, flex and industrial transactions, always representing the occupier of the space. Aside from his transactional experience, he has expertise in strategic planning, site selection, financial modeling and project management. He has lived and worked in the San Fernando Valley his entire career. His clients include A2 Bio, Child and Family Guidance Center, Child Care Resource Center, DataDirect Networks, ImmPACT Bio and Standard Insurance. He graduated from California State University, Northridge.
