Harding specializes in the leasing and sales of industrial properties. With more than 30 years of experience, Harding has been involved in more than 3,000 transactions in the field. His vast knowledge of the San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita Valley, Simi Valley and Moorpark markets has played an instrumental role in bringing value to his clients. He spent most of his career at CBRE as market advisor before joining Colliers in 2021. He is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association board for the last 16 years, once serving as its president. He is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles.
