Baer specializes in real estate consulting and transactional services for the U.S. He also handles foreign corporations, governmental agencies, nonprofit organizations and institutional investment companies. He is the leasing agent for the retail segment of First Street Village in Burbank, a three-building project that spans three full city blocks and consists of a modern, three-phase mixed-use apartment community. For the last five years, Baer has been on the board and served as chair of the Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center Real Estate Committee for the Minutes Matter campaign, which helped raise part of the $85 million needed for the construction of the new emergency room in Burbank.
