Founder, Partner, Withum
In 1997, Martini founded his own accounting and advisory practice, Martini Partners, which merged with Withum in 2022. He is now a partner in Withum’s Encino office, focusing on tax planning, tax compliance and management consulting. He assists clients throughout a company’s lifecycle, from startup to exit strategy. Before starting his own firm, Martini served as president and chief financial officer of a publicly traded company he helped establish. For years, he has been the managing partner for ProVisors, a networking organization. Martini has received the Ben Gurion Award from the Jewish Federation and serves on the Los Angeles Police Department Executive Strategic Planning Group for the LAPD Valley Bureau Foundation.
