Chair, Chief Executive, Amgen
Bradway has served as chair of Thousand Oaks-based Amgen since January 2013 and as its chief executive since May 2012. He joined the biotechnology giant in 2006 as vice president, operations strategy and was the executive vice president and chief financial officer from April 2007 to May 2010. He held the titles of president and chief operating officer from May 2010 to May 2012 and was appointed to the board in 2011. Prior to joining Amgen, he was a managing director at Morgan Stanley in London, where he was responsible for the firm’s banking department and corporate finance activities in Europe. He’s on the board of Boeing, the W.M. Keck Foundation and Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America.
