President, Chief Executive, Pacifica Hospital of the Valley
Mayes has served as president and chief executive of Pacifica Hospital in Sun Valley since 2018. In those seven years, she has helped reverse years of significant losses for one of California’s most specialized public health hospitals. Mayes has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare leadership. Her work includes developing additional service lines for individuals facing mental health issues, in collaboration with the California Department of Mental Health. She is a member of the United Hospital Association board. She is also active in the California Association of Health Facilities, the American Health Care Association and the National Center for Assisted Living.
