Ward joined California Bank & Trust as a business center manager in 2007. After one year of managing the main branch office, he was promoted to manage the Greater Southern California West Region, where he now leads 14 business banking offices throughout the LA area. Under his leadership, junior executives and seasoned bankers achieve high levels of customer service and customer retention, and maximize financial returns on assets, returns on investments and efficiency ratios. He is vice chair of CBT’s African Americans in Banking. He is also active with the Pediatric Therapy Network and Junior Achievement Finance Park.
