Woullard is the vice president of manufacturing operations at the Palmdale Aircraft Integration Center of Excellence for the aeronautics systems sector at Northrop Grumman Corp. In her current role, Woullard is responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of high quality, affordable products. Woullard oversees and integrates production operations at the various Antelope Valley sites, which produce and maintain some of the most advanced weapon systems in the world. Woullard also serves as a volunteer for Help Mates for Hope, a Carson nonprofit that helps foster children and was a cheerleading coach for Fullerton Pop Warner Football. Woullard also serves as a director on the Antelope Valley College Foundation Board.
