General Manager, Disney Accelerator
As general manager, Rosen has led the Burbank-based Disney Accelerator since 2021. The initiative focuses on bringing in outside innovation to The Walt Disney Co. through investment and commercial collaboration. Prior to this role, she served as a partner, operations lead, and startup advisor for the Techstars Space Accelerator in partnership with NASA, NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Lockheed Martin Corp., and other aerospace companies. She also managed her own consulting firm and was a director of strategic partnerships and legal affairs for Prizma.ai when the startup was part of the Disney Accelerator in 2015. Before her time at Prizma, Rosen worked at Viacom for six years.
