John Parker co-founded Parker Brown in 1994 with Scott Brown after serving as a construction manager in Los Angeles. The Canoga Park-based firm specializes in tenant improvements, ground-up construction, medical space and industrial remodels. An immigrant from Ireland who arrived in the U.S. in 1989, Parker has built the firm into a 55-person operation within the San Fernando Valley’s commercial construction community. Recent projects include the completion of a three-stage project for the Los Angeles Police Federal Credit Union in Van Nuys, several projects for UCLA Health medical offices in Pasadena, San Fernando Valley, and San Luis Obispo.
