Executive Managing Director, Newmark – LA North
Jeff Abraham is the executive managing director of Newmark’s office in Calabasas, which he brought his four-person team to in 2019. Landlord clients for that team in Black Equities Group, Dedeaux Properties, Prologis and Rexford Industrial. Abraham’s team previously worked at Colliers International’s operation in Encino. Since that team formed in 2008, it has amassed more than 53 million square feet in transactions, to the value of more than $4.1 billion.
