Dave Cavecche leads Bernards Bros. Inc., a San Fernando-based, employee-owned commercial building and construction management firm. He joined the company in 2011 as executive vice president and was appointed chief executive in 2022. He previously held leadership positions at Suffolk Construction and Swinerton Builders. His 40-year career includes the AGC Award for Excellence in Project Management and the WCCC Distinguished Award for Project Execution. Projects completed under his leadership include the Residences at Hollywood Park and the $60 million Belmont Beach & Aquatics Center, which will serve as one of the many venues for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
