Partner, Rand Paster Nelson
Fred Gaines’ former law firm Gaines & Stacey – which he co-founded and was managing partner of – merged with downtown-based Rand Paster & Nelson in May. His practice is known for its work in land-use, environmental law and complex development matters. Gaines formerly served as a member of the Calabasas City Council and has held leadership roles with the San Fernando Valley Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Valley Industry and Commerce Association, and the Valley Economic Alliance.
