Barry Kurtz continues to lead a distinguished franchise and distribution practice group at Encino-based law firm Lewitt Hackman Shapiro. He and his team work with franchisors and franchisees on expansion plans, distribution deals and other unique demands. Kurtz has served in a variety of roles for companies, including chief operating officer, franchise administration and commercial real estate dealmaking. He has previously served with a variety of educational institutions throughout the San Fernando Valley, including Woodbury University and Westmark School.
