Chair, Chief Executive, LTC Properties Inc.

Simpson is the chair and chief executive of LTC Properties Inc., a position she’s held since May 2020. LTC Properties is a real estate investment trust company specializing in senior housing properties. The company is based in Westlake Village, and its portfolio is comprised of approximately 50% senior housing and 50% skilled nursing properties. Simpson was chief executive and president of LTC Properties since March 2007, and was appointed chair of the board in August 2013. She began her career in public accounting and has over 25 years in health care-related business.

President, Lee & Associates – LA North and Ventura

Tingus has served as president of the Lee & Associates – Los Angeles North/Ventura company since January 2004, a brokerage firm specializing in the sale of mom-and-pop industrial assets based in Westlake Village. Over the past two decades, Tingus has grown the company from a single office in Sherman Oaks to three locations, adding offices in Westlake Village and Oxnard. Today, it has sales and leasing revenues in excess of $650 million annually. Tingus has transacted more than 1,500 acres of development land sales and has sold or leased properties valued at more than $5 billion to date.

Principal, Managing Partner, GCX

Walker is a principal and managing partner at Toluca Lake-based GCX, a licensed general contractor serving Southern California. He co-founded the firm, which specializes in commercial construction, in 2018 with Greg O’Connor. It has grown to include more than 40 full-time employees across four offices. Walker got his start at The Irvine Co., working as a construction coordinator, before working his way up to higher positions at Clune Construction, Unispace and Howard Building Corp. Walker is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Chief Executive, Public Storage

Russell is the chief executive of Public Storage, a Glendale-based provider of personal, rentable storage units. The company operates more than 2,900 facilities across the U.S., serving nearly 2 million customers. Public Storage also has locations in Europe. Last year, the company boasted annual revenue of $4.52 billion, an 8% increase year over year. Before his role as chief executive, Russell served as president of the company. He is also on the board of trustees. Russell was previously affiliated with PS Business Parks Inc., serving as its president and chief executive since 2002.

Chief Executive, Tutor Perini

Tutor has served as the chief executive of Sylmar-based Tutor Perini Corp., one of the nation’s largest construction companies, since 2000. With a focus on large and complex projects, its notable work includes the Hudson Yards in New York, a portion of the California High-Speed Rail line, a terminal at the Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas and the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas.
Before that, he was chair since 1999 and director since 1997. He also served as chair, president and chief executive of Tutor-Saliba Corp., a privately held California corporation that merged with Tutor Perini in September 2008.
In 2025, Tutor will transition from chief executive of the company to the role of executive chair and is expected to serve in that role through Dec. 31, 2026.

Executive Director, Community Foundations of the Valley

As executive director of Community Foundation of the Valleys, Haver Hill leads the implementation of the nonprofit’s 2022-2027 strategic plan. Prior to her current position, she was the executive director of Propel L.A., the county’s strategic plan for economic development that was put forth by the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corp. From 1987-2016, she was president and chief executive of MEND-Meet Each Need with Dignity. She has also been an adjunct instructor in nonprofit management at the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy. Haver Hill is currently on the board of the Valley Economic Alliance, where she is a vice chair and co-chairs the Livable and Sustainable Communities Committee.
