Executive Director, North Los Angeles County Regional Center
As executive director, Angela Pao-Johnson oversees the Chatsworth-based North Los Angeles County Regional Center, which serves more than 35,000 people with developmental disabilities across the San Fernando, Santa Clarita, and Antelope valleys. In early 2026, she secured an expanded headquarters lease in Chatsworth to support the organization’s growth. A board-certified behavior analyst and certified project management professional, Pao-Johnson previously ran a multistate behavior therapy agency and brings over 20 years of experience serving the developmental disabilities community.
