Kathryn Barger represents the Fifth District on the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, serving communities across the San Fernando, Antelope, Santa Clarita and San Gabriel valleys. She brings more than three decades of county government experience to the board and has championed initiatives on public safety, homelessness, mental health, and economic opportunity.
