Ardashes “Ardy” Kassakhian has three decades of experience in government relations and public service. In 2005 he was elected Glendale City Clerk, was first elected to the City Council in 2020 and currently serves as mayor. His priorities include housing, economic development, public safety, environmental sustainability, transparency and good governance. Kassakhian is the founder of Aquila Communications, a public affairs and strategic communications firm.
